We met Justin during an open house he was hosting in Royal Oak.  My husband and I were both immediately impressed with his level of professionalism and his polished and relaxed style.  He was very helpful in that he explained the background on the home, pointed out some of its features, and allowed us to explore on our own.  Before we left he asked us to sign a guest book, which I particularly thought was a nice touch. 

Shortly after meeting Justin we asked him to come and do a property evaluation on our home as we were considering selling if we could get the right price for it.   Justin prepared a top notch, professional and impressive report on our home and gave us the confidence that he really understood our community and the resale potential of our home.

On the purchase side, Justin helped us find a new home in a matter of one week.  He was available to show us houses, and didn't object at all when some evenings we looked 10 at a time.  He was informative, offered good insight into various properties, and didn't pressure us to buy.
