Mount Royal College is a degree-granting college with a campus at Mount Royal Gate. Established in 1910, this popular post-secondary school attracts 13,000 students every year.
The University of Calgary offers over 100 programs of study leading to bachelors, masters or doctorate degrees. The school has high standards for admission and a reputation as an important research facility. The main campus is in Northwest Calgary.
Southern Alberta Institute of Technology has its main campus on 16th Avenue in Northwest Calgary. The nationally recognized polytechnic institution offers more than 70 applied degrees, diplomas and certificates.
Alberta College of Art and Design is on 14th Avenue in the Northwest. The college is one of just four degree-granting Art and Design Colleges in all of Canada.
