Tuscany in NW Calgary Continues to have strong sales in March

Tuscany a community in NW Calgary continues to have strong sales numbers through March 2009. Being the community with the 2nd highest number of sales in Calgary for 2008, the trend seems to continue as it is one of the more sought after communities in Calgary.

As of April 1, Tuscany has a total of 107 Active Listings on the Calgary MLS System. Prices range from $219,900 to  $1,199,000. There is a home for pretty much every person in every income class in Tuscany. From the 1st time home buyer to the executives that choose to live in the desirable Tusslewood or The Tuscany Hillside Estates. With 2 schools already in the community and Tuscany Middle School (Grades 5 to 9) set to open in September 2012.

With so many things going for this community, more and more people will continue to make Tuscany their new community. C-Train services to open in the very near future just a few minutes away at Crowfoot Station and a C-Train station set to open in the community in a few short years.
