Calgary remains a Buyer's MARKET, now is the time to buy.

With only a few days left in October and we still have a great selection of Houses and Condos for sale in Calgary. Buyers can really take advantage of the current market and negotiate a stellar deal on their next home. You can get more desirable terms and conditions as well as a more attractive price than the Seller's asking price.

There are many Sellers out there than may need to sell and most of them will work with a buyer to get a deal done. They may also be aware that the first offer is usually their best offer.  This means that if they don't take the offer serious, they may regret it later on.

If you are a buyer that is thinking about whether it is a good time to buy or not, you may want to consider the following:

• Cheaper Interest Rates
• Great Selection
• Buyer's Advantage
• Negotiate lower price
• Negotiate better terms & conditions
• Houses are more affordable than in previous years

There are definitely concerns about the economy and how much of an effect will we see here in the Calgary region is still the unknown. I am pretty sure that once the US election is over and people realize that fear is the major drive behind the large market fluctuations, we should see the real estate market pick up.
